Opal Alterations is a Canberra-based tailoring studio offering high-quality clothing alterations, dry cleaning, and custom embroidery. Alongside their Belconnen store, they provide a unique mobile service that brings tailoring and dry cleaning directly to customers’ doors. While the business had strong local recognition, their original website failed to highlight the mobile service as a key offering. The template-based site also limited functionality, hindered the user experience, and wasn’t generating strong online bookings. Opal Alterations needed a professional digital platform that elevated their brand, streamlined the booking process, and increased visibility online.
