Gellibrand Support Services
Gellibrand Support Services is a non-profit organisation based in Melbourne, Australia that aims to empower people with disabilities and enhance their quality of life. They offer various programs and services, such as accommodation and housing support, community access and participation, personal care and daily living support, to assist individuals with disabilities in achieving their full potential and living meaningful lives.
Gellibrand has sought the assistance of Planetmedia in addressing the challenges they faced with their upcoming event. These challenges include the need to smoothly plan and excite their registration process on social media and other event partners, managing engagement with potential attendees through compelling content, standing out amidst a crowded social media landscape, and measuring the effectiveness of their marketing efforts.
We worked alongside the Gellibrand Support Services team to understand their values, branding and service offerings. In a thorough requirement gathering period, we collected their needs and guided them to a logical navigation structure for best showcasing their premium products and services.

Virtual Event Management
Planetmedia assisted Gellibrand Disability Services in managing their online event registrations on event portals and social media. We actively collaborated with Gellibrand to understand their registration process and requirements, and then set up and managed registration portals on various social media and event platforms. We also regularly monitored their analytics and communications to ensure a smooth and successful registration process.
Planetmedia provided a dynamic event marketing service to Gellibrand Disability Services on various social media platforms, like YouTube, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and more which allowed them to leverage the power of our social media marketing. We also created and distributed engaging promotional videos that highlighted the event's key features and the value associated with attendance. Furthermore, we optimised Gellibrand’s social media profiles and content to effectively communicate the event's message and generate engagement within their target audience. By tracking metrics and the engagement rate we constantly upgraded their marketing strategy to ensure that the event was successful in generating interest and attendance.
Planetmedia provided Gellibrand Disability Services with tailored and visually appealing creatives to promote their event. Our team worked closely with Gellibrand to understand their unique value proposition, target audience, and brand identity. Based on this understanding, we crafted a set of creative assets such as images, videos, posters, and other promotional materials that effectively communicated the event's message and captured the audience's attention. We also provided guidance on how to use these assets effectively across different marketing channels and platforms to generate interest in the event.
