Located at the iconic Australian National Botanic Gardens, the Botanical Bookshop offers a curated range of products inspired by Australia’s diverse flora and fauna. Their inventory includes boutique art, books on Australian nature, gardening supplies, unique souvenirs, and more. Despite the variety and quality of their products, the previous website made it difficult for visitors to find what they were looking for. Navigation was cluttered, product discovery was challenging, and the overall user experience did not reflect the shop’s branding or encourage purchases. Botanical Bookshop approached Planet Media for a fresh website that would streamline the customer journey, showcase their unique range, and improve sales, all while reflecting their brand identity.

User Interface Design (UI)
We developed a clean, visually appealing design with calm, earthy colours and plenty of white space to create a natural and inviting atmosphere, reflecting the brand’s aesthetic.
Product Management
We migrated and categorised the entire product catalogue, structured products for easy navigation, and consulted on warehouse and delivery management processes to streamline operations.
Custom Magento Theme Integration
A bespoke Magento theme was developed to match the Botanical Bookshop’s branding, with a responsive layout and full content migration from the previous site.
Integrations
