The Brief

MenoConnect team approached Planet Media Australia to create a dedicated digital directory that would make it easier for women to find trusted, menopause-informed healthcare professionals across Australia. Planet Media Australia was brought on to design and develop a structured, user-friendly platform that could connect users with relevant practitioners while presenting their expertise, experience and services clearly. The project also needed to provide a scalable foundation for growing the practitioner network and make the journey from discovering a provider to getting in touch as simple and accessible as possible.

Directory Development

We developed MenoConnect as a dedicated practitioner directory, connecting women with a curated network of healthcare professionals across Australia. The platform brings different areas of expertise together, from pelvic health and nutrition to psychology, exercise and other allied health services, making it easier for users to find support suited to their individual needs. Each practitioner profile is structured to provide the information users need to make an informed decision, while the curated provider network adds an additional layer of trust and confidence.
