Renew Skin is a leading cosmetic clinic in Canberra offering a wide range of treatments and skincare products — but their digital presence wasn’t structured to support that scale. Services and products weren’t clearly showcased, and bookings lacked a seamless flow. There was also a gap between the client-facing experience and internal clinic operations.

The brief was to build a high-performing digital platform that improves visibility, simplifies bookings, and supports both client experience and clinic management.

We approached this as a full brand and system build — aligning identity, experience, and functionality into one cohesive platform.

The focus was on simplifying how users explore treatments and products, while ensuring the backend supports bookings and day-to-day operations without friction.

We designed and developed a sleek, user-friendly website with integrated eCommerce and appointment booking functionality. The platform supports seamless product browsing, secure checkout and easy appointment scheduling within a single experience. The layout enables quick product discovery with clear navigation and intuitive user flow. A consistent design system aligns with the brand identity, while the site is fully mobile responsive and optimised for performance.

Rydeau Plumbing had come to us with a website that was dated and not very user friendly. Recognising the complexity of these areas, Rydeau Plumbing sought assistance from Planet Media to navigate these challenges and realise their goals of establishing a strong online presence and driving growth.

In partnership with the team at Rydeau Plumbing, we worked to understand the client’s requirements and map out the user journey to better understand the key pain points for the users. Based on that, we charted out the main aspects for designing and developing a website that is functional for the end user.

Transform Career Services is an education and career service provider offering career coaching, training, and consulting services to individuals and organisations.

With over 20 years of experience, Transform Career Services came to us with the challenge of creating a new brand and developing an online presence that reflects their core values, mission and their services. They also needed to reach their target audience through their online presence to increase brand awareness, improve growth, and streamline their marketing efforts

We worked closely with the Transform Career Services to understand their business needs, values, and goals, and created a customised plan to meet their unique needs.

We began by creating a brand identity that reflected their business values and mission. We conducted research to identify their target audience and competition, and worked with them to develop a brand identity that aligned with their mission. We went ahead with one of many concepts titled 'Nurture' which was developed into their final logo; providing 'Transform Career Services' with a soft and approachable identity. Through the use of a pastel orange, the nurturing identity is enhanced.

To enhance the user experience, we conducted user research to understand the needs and behaviour of their target audience. We then used this information to develop wireframes and user flows that helped us optimise the site's user interface. We focused on creating a seamless user journey and provided an easy to use platform for booking Transform Career Services.

We developed a custom WordPress website that was modern, user-friendly, and in line with their new brand identity. Our team ensured that the website was optimised for search engines, with a focus on improving user experience, load time and overall functionality. We created a clean, responsive design with a clear navigation structure that allowed visitors to easily access the information they were looking for.

Transform Career Services wanted to streamline their marketing efforts, which is why we suggested setting up marketing automation. We integrated marketing automation into their website, which allowed us to track user behaviour and automate certain marketing tasks. Overall, marketing automation helped Transform Career Services save time and resources while still achieving their marketing goals.

To increase Transform Career Services' online presence and generate leads, we developed an effective paid ads strategy. By leveraging digital marketing, we were able to help Transform Career Services reach their target audience and achieve their business objectives. We used a mix of social media and Google display ads to target their leads and convert them.

 approached Planet Media, they had an urgent need for website hosting and maintenance. However, after a thorough audit, it became clear that the existing site was outdated, unresponsive, and overloaded with unnecessary plugins, making effective maintenance impossible.

 transforming it into a secure, responsive, and user-friendly platform that reflects the professionalism and accessibility of the High Commission. From streamlined navigation to modern design and reliable hosting, we ensured the site now serves as a trusted digital gateway for consular services, travel information, and investment opportunities in Fiji.

The Fiji High Commission is the representative of the Government of Fiji in Australia. They provide information for those seeking to know more about Fiji and the Fijian Government services, visitors travelling to or seeking to invest in Fiji, including how to contact the High Commission and the range of consular services available.

The High Commission came to us with an urgent request for website hosting and maintenance. Upon further investigation, it was evident that the entire website required a complete revamp in order for maintenance to be of use. The old website was completely unresponsive and packed with various plugins.

With the need to update content on the website, we agreed to work on a tight schedule to build the new website. We worked closely with the High Commission to understand their needs, values, and goals, and to create a customised plan that met their unique needs.

With the development of the site relying on the initial design, our team visited the Fiji High Commission on a regular basis for requirement gathering, project updates and design reviews. This allowed us to easily identify what was required for the site, how to execute the design and make changes on the spot with the help of the High Commission.

In order to enhance the feedback process of our design phase, our team prototyped each-and-every design to mimic the navigation of a functioning website. This assisted the High Commission in identifying areas which required changes and allowed us to swiftly undergo the development process once all designs and the user experience was approved.

Our development team worked in tandem with the design team to develop pages after the designs were individually approved by the High Commission. Doing so allowed us to minimise the gap in between design and development, allowing us to speed up the process.

We also helped improve the High Commissions workload by implementing a booking system from the site itself for all passport booking systems. After testing, bug fixing and a final review with the Fiji High Commission, their site went live!

Our team continues to support the Fiji High Commission to ensure their processes run effectively and update content when required. This allows us to make changes upon request.
